Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will collaborate with various departments to create targeted digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring the companys digital presence is impactful and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Optimize content for the website, blogs, and landing pages to enhance search engine rankings.
Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and compelling marketing materials.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Demonstrated success in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns that have resulted in increased engagement and lead generation.
Experience working with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Working Hours:

Full-time position.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of flexible hours based on project needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and email marketing software.
Strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles to ensure optimized website design for lead generation.
Expertise in content creation and copywriting for different digital formats.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
