Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage web marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to enhance the websites user experience and functionality.
Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
Optimize website content, SEO strategies, and paid advertising to improve organic reach and paid performance.
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and implement innovative marketing tactics.
Maintain and update website content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of web marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media marketing.
Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and marketing platforms.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong understanding of web design and user experience principles.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Experience with web content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Proven track record of successful web marketing campaigns and initiatives that have driven measurable results.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.

Working Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work.
Occasional overtime may be required based on project deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge: Deep understanding of web marketing principles, SEO, SEM, and user experience best practices.
Skills: Analytical skills to track and measure performance; creative skills to produce engaging marketing content.
Abilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adept at problem-solving and identifying opportunities for improvement in digital strategies.
