Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst (Remote) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to design and implement solutions

Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights

Support project planning, testing, implementation, and change management efforts

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business trends

Create detailed business analysis reports and presentations for leadership teams

Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis

Assist with quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Agile)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

Experience in remote working environments is preferred

Proven experience with requirements gathering, data modeling, and business process mapping
Working Hours

Full-time remote position

Flexible working hours with availability for core business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
