The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of management. A thorough understanding of Disney character brand usage and Mainstage/Character recruiting processes is essential.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in LIVE theatrical entertainment, including acting, vocal, and choreographic performance and direction
5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment, such as the Walt Disney Company or similar
Proven track record of leading and mentoring theatrical professionals, with a focus on Disney character development and choreography
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of management
Able to travel internationally and adapt to a flexible production schedule
