Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design process for high-impact visual assets across digital and print platforms. Your expertise will shape the visual identity of our brand and campaigns, working closely with the marketing, product, and UI/UX teams. Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative development of brand campaigns, product launches, and digital assets.
Design eye-catching graphics for websites, email marketing, social media, presentations, advertisements, packaging, and more.
Oversee visual consistency across all touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines.
Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling concepts.
Mentor and review work of junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with emphasis on branding, web, and social media content.
Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills.
Ability to take feedback and turn it into impactful visual solutions.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and user-centered design.
Effective communication and organizational skills.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Experience in an agency or tech-driven company preferred.
Background in working within a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.

Working Hours

Full-Time: Monday to Friday
Core working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible schedule possible depending on project deadlines)
Remote / Work-from-home position

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep knowledge of design processes, branding strategies, and visual content development.
Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional work.
Creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.
