Data Entry Clerk

Position - Part-Time Data Entry
Location - Remote / Work from Home
Hours - Flexible - meeting deadlines on the 5th, 10th and 15th of each month
Starting Wage - $23.00/hour
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for entering rent and strata fee payments received via e-transfer and direct debit. The workload is cyclical in nature, with the highest volume between the 25th - 10th of each month, so time management is key. Previous experience is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Enter high volumes of payment data accurately and on time
- Ensure all entries are complete by the 5th, 10th, and 15th of each month
- Communicate with the team if any discrepancies arise
Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma
- Basic computer skills - proficiency in office-based software applications such as Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Reliable internet connection
- Comfortable working with high volume data entry
Experience:
Administrative/Office: 1-2 years preferred.
Experience with accounting software would be an asset.
