Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex customer concerns with patience and courtesy.
Document customer interactions and update account information in our internal CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify recurring issues and suggest potential process improvements.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
Uphold Progressive Technologys brand image and core values in every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with CRM systems and multi-channel support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
Both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions offered.
Schedules are set based on your availability and time zone preference.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Teams.
