Customer Service/Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide information
- Perform data entry to update customer records and information accurately
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services to enhance their experience
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish languages as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
