Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assessing their IT needs and lining up our service and support team to respond. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work with our computer service team.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize our service support software to review and record data necessary for the service support calls for our clients.
  • New equipment sales will also require setup in our service ticketing software by the coordinator and assigned to technicians to deploy in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver our computer support and products and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managed Service Software has become a part of how we manage some of the support for our clients. The Coordinator will be trained to work in these portals as needed.

Skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring a professional demeanour at all times.
  • Computer skills with Windows based systems and a knowledge of the computer equipment in use today, plus the software programs being used by businesses.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
