Student Success Associate
We’re hiring a dedicated Community/Student Success Associate to champion the learner journey—from onboarding to course completion. You’ll engage students across our platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram), ensure they’re supported, and provide feedback to improve their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily check-ins, updates, and reminders on community channels.
- Track learner progress and flag challenges to the academic or support team.
- Organize group check-ins, peer meetups, or success stories.
- Collect, analyze, and report learner feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with facilitators for live sessions and deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, empathy, and student-centered approach.
- Familiarity with community platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp).
- Ability to track learner behavior and progress using LMS or spreadsheets.
- Team coordination and reporting experience.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in customer service, student support, or program coordination.
- Degree in Education, Communications, or related.
- Strong community-building skills online.
