Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Proven experience managing business social media accounts with measurable results.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.

Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.

Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours with the expectation to be available during core collaboration periods (Monday–Friday).

Occasional evening or weekend support during key campaign periods or live events.
