Job Description
As our Social Media Manager/Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling digital strategy that enhances our online presence, builds brand awareness, and drives engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals
- Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, graphics, captions) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media accounts, including posting, community engagement, and trend monitoring
- Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to promote new listings, events, and client success stories
- Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with actionable insights
- Stay up to date with real estate trends, platform updates, and content best practices
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and lead generation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing content and campaigns you've managed
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other editing software
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, engagement strategies, and social media analytics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A passion for real estate, design, and digital storytelling
Nice to Have
- Basic photography/videography skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads
