SNR. BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

Job description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our client's Data Analytics team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in fostering data-driven decision-making within the company. You will leverage your expertise in tools like QuickSight, Power BI, SQL and other reporting automation tools to transform complex data sets into compelling stories that inform and influence business strategies. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using QuickSight, Power BI, and other BI tools. • Automate data retrieval and report generation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and drive growth. • Present data findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels. • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing and monitoring data validation processes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role • Proficiency in QuickSight, Power BI, and other BI tools. • Strong experience in report automation and data visualization. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to tell compelling stories through data and present findings to non-technical audiences. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working in fintech or digital lending is a plus • High level of attention to detail • A Collaborative mindset with great people skill • Advanced knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages. • Experience with AWS You’ll receive competitive compensation and benefits and the opportunity to build, lead and learn within a flat, performance-focused culture.
