Sales Representative (recruitment)

Job Summary 
We are looking to hire a Sales representative who has a good understanding of recruitment solutions, to drive our sales process for attracting more organisations to use our platform for their remote job advertising

Key for this role include;
Good understanding of recruitment/job advertising
The ability to research and build leads
Pitching leads on remote4africa’s job advertising services
Ability to engage and close prospects

Duties
- Be knowledgeable about remote4africa’s offerings to employers
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Reach out to new and existing customers to discuss their needs
- Reach out to leads through cold calls or email outreach
- Maintain list of prospects to follow up

Requirements and Qualifications
- Good sales prospecting skills
- At least 1 year experience in active B2B sales
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of prospects
- Excellent written and oral communication ability
- Very good research skills to find relevant leads
- Bachelor degree or HND from any accredited institution
- Must be conversant with email marketing and able to write and send out email campaigns
- Familiar with MS Excel and sales CRMs eg Soho CRM

Remuneration: A flat basic salary and commission structure 

Salary range
N70,000 - N100,000
