Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Self-disciplined with strong time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.

  • Fluent in English and at least one regional language is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.

  • Experience in telesales, B2B sales, or job consultancy services is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a results-oriented approach.

  • Typically between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.

  • Knowledge of recruitment or staffing industry will be an added advantage.
