Product Manager (Remote)
Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking a highly driven, strategic, and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle of our digital products. As a remote Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product-market fit, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You will play a pivotal role in defining product vision, aligning business goals, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Define, own, and execute the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.

Translate business goals into product features and detailed user stories for development teams.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and innovative product designs.

Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, plan sprints, and manage development cycles.

Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Monitor product performance using analytics tools and recommend data-driven improvements.

Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech-driven environment.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or similar).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, technology, or software products.
