Role Description

This is a part-time remote Mentorship for Counsellors and Psychotherapists at Myrtle Counselling Chamber. In Myrtle Counselling Chamber,we have the mandate to mentor certified counsellors,psychotherapists and psychologists who are having challenge in effectively working with clients,getting clients or are working in isolation,that is, not having a professional partner to work with to effectively help your client. We do indepth tutoring with hands on experience to keep practitioners feet solid when attending to client.
After mentorship, mentees will go through a compulsory one year practice with our organization and afterwards can decides to continue with us or proceed with their own private practice.

The mentorship will span for 3 months, fortnightly. It's will be an eye opening and deeply insightful time and profiting in the nearest days.

A paid job is guaranteed after the whole process with us.

Registration and payment for mentorship is required.

The next batch will commence 7th of June,2025

Qualifications
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Experience in counselling and psychotherapy
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
• Knowledge of best practices in the mental health field
• Empathy and understanding towards clients
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Bachelor,Master's or PhD degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Microsoft word proficiency
