Junior HR Manager

Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our growing Human Resources team. This role is ideal for HR professionals eager to develop their leadership capabilities while supporting core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. As a Junior HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, compliance, and policy development. You will work closely with senior HR leadership and cross-functional teams to build a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and help in implementing performance improvement plans.

  • Maintain and update HR records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

  • Address employee queries regarding policies, compensation, and benefits.

  • Support learning & development initiatives by coordinating training schedules and tracking participation.

  • Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to company culture-building initiatives.

  • Monitor HR metrics and generate regular reports to support decision-making.

  • Stay updated with labor law changes and ensure company compliance.

  • Provide support in disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution under supervision of senior HR staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  •  
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.

  •  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Experience

  •  
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or administrative HR roles.

  •  
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations will be considered a plus.

  •  
  • Internships or project work in HR may be considered for fresh graduates with high potential.

Working Hours

  •  
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week

  •  
  • Monday to Friday

  •  
  • Flexible working hours with core hours between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (as per time zone)

  • Remote flexibility with optional office days based on location
