IT Helpdesk Support

Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is actively seeking a skilled and proactive IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our remote technical support team. As the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing quick, effective solutions to users. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  •  
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical team or departments.

  •  
  • Assist with setting up user accounts, permissions, and configurations.

  •  
  • Track and document all support requests in the ticketing system.

  •  
  • Maintain and update IT support documentation and user manuals.

  •  
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Educate users on best practices for IT systems, data security, and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  •  
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  •  
  • Proven knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

  •  
  • Familiarity with common business software such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, and remote desktop tools.

  •  
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).

  •  
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, patient, and user-friendly approach.

  •  
  • Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software problems.

Experience

  •  
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support or Technical Support roles.

  •  
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow is a plus.

  •  
  • Remote support experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  •  

Working Hours

  •  
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week

  •  
  • Shift-based support (rotational shifts may apply)

  •  
  • Weekend or holiday support may be required occasionally based on business needs
