Human Resources (HR) Associate - Fresher
About the job:
We are looking for a Remote HR Recruiter who can help us identify, screen, and shortlist the right candidates for our client companies. This is a work-from-home opportunity with flexible working hours(work when you want) , making it ideal for motivated individuals who can work independently and meet targets.Key Responsibilities:
1. This will be a target-based job role where you need to provide minimum 5 candidates a week to the client company who can all pass the interview.
2. Source and attract candidates through organic methods (social media, networking, referrals, job groups, etc.)
3. Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
4. Schedule interviews with qualified candidates
5. Ensure a minimum of 5 qualified candidates per week reach the interview stage with the client
6. Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
7. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates
Bonuses may also be provided on a monthly basis based on performance.
