HR/ADMIN personel

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Personnel to support our supermarket's day-to-day human resource and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient employee management, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and overseeing administrative processes to create a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
  • Support employee relations by addressing queries and resolving minor workplace issues.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations and appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Handle HR documentation including contracts, warning letters, and other official notices.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and inventory for staff-related needs.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and general facilities management.
  • Maintain updated filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Liaise with external service providers (e.g., cleaners, security, maintenance vendors).
  • Organize internal meetings, staff communications, and basic event planning (e.g., team building).
  • Support payroll processing with relevant attendance and leave data.
  • Assist management in enforcing store policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software/tools.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if needed, based on store operations.
