Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our healthcare facilities. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care by streamlining administrative processes, managing staff performance, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of healthcare facilities or departments.

  • Manage medical and administrative staff, including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of patient data, billing, and healthcare operations in accordance with HIPAA and privacy standards.

  • Coordinate between departments and external partners to ensure continuity of care and services.

  • Implement and optimize electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.

  • Address patient concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in health information systems (EHRs), Microsoft Office Suite, and healthcare management software.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Leadership ability with experience in managing diverse teams.

Experience

  •  
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare administration or healthcare management role.

  • Proven track record in managing operations within a clinical or hospital setting.

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Working Hours

  •  
  • Full-time position

  •  
  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some flexibility may be required based on healthcare facility needs)
