• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may require lifting and bending.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
