<p><strong>Location:</strong> Multiple Base Locations (India & International)</p><p><strong>Department:</strong> Inflight Services</p><p><strong>Reports To:</strong> Manager – Cabin Services</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>As Cabin Crew, you will be the face of the airline, ensuring the safety, comfort, and service excellence of passengers throughout their journey. This role requires a blend of safety expertise, hospitality, cultural sensitivity, and customer service excellence to deliver a memorable onboard experience.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Safety & Security</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight safety checks.</li><li>Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure passenger compliance with regulations.</li><li>Manage in-flight emergencies calmly and efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures.</li><li>Administer first aid when required.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service</strong></p><ul><li>Greet passengers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Assist passengers with boarding, seating, luggage, and special requirements.</li><li>Deliver high-quality inflight service, including meals, beverages, and duty-free sales.</li><li>Resolve passenger concerns tactfully, maintaining empathy and discretion.</li></ul><p><strong>Onboard Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Uphold the airline’s brand standards in service delivery and personal presentation.</li><li>Create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.</li><li>Support inflight announcements and communication as per guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with fellow crew and flight deck to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Participate actively in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefs.</li><li>Maintain strong professional conduct and teamwork under pressure.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum educational qualification: <strong>10+2 / Higher Secondary</strong>.</li><li><strong>Age:</strong> 18 – 27 years (varies as per airline policy).</li><li><strong>Height & BMI:</strong> As per airline standards; weight in proportion to height.</li><li><strong>Fluency:</strong> Proficiency in English (written & spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.</li><li><strong>Appearance:</strong> Well-groomed with no visible tattoos/piercings (as per uniform guidelines).</li><li><strong>Medical Fitness:</strong> Should meet regulatory medical standards for cabin crew.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with maturity.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Background</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in <strong>aviation, hospitality, or customer service</strong> is an advantage, but <strong>freshers are encouraged to apply</strong>.</li></ul><p></p>
