Data analyst (graveyard ist shift)
Essential Functions:Analyze data to discover and interpret trends, patterns, and relationshipsResponsible for the integrity of automated reportsDesign, implement and analyze controlled experiments to assess and optimize new opportunities across business channelsAnalyze and Identify best-performing customer segments to help strategize precise targeting methodsDevelop and maintain reporting dashboards to support decision-making among data analysts and the Technical Solutions team.Monitor and evaluate trends for performance and opportunitiesWork cross-functionally to establish instrumentation and reporting standardsCreate dashboards and reports to communicate actionable dataReview data quality and provide guidance and controls to upstream data providers and sourcesPerform ad hoc data requestsStay current on industry tools, techniques and competitor marketing strategies.Manage delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports, noting business trends in new customer counts, order / sales impact of marketing triggers and promoted product performance.Analyze results and develop performance improvement opportunitiesEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field3 years of experience with TableauTableau Qualified Associate Certification preferredExperience with SQL, Postgres, and Red Shift a plusHigh proficiency in Excel modeling, data mining, and scenario analysisHighly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detailsSelf-starter with excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, interruptive environmentAbility to work independently as well as work collaboratively toward a common goal
