Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention.

Develop a deep understanding of clients business objectives and align our solutions to help meet those goals.

Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and propose relevant product enhancements.

Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales to expand client value.

Monitor key customer metrics and implement strategies to reduce churn and improve client lifetime value.

Lead client training sessions and ensure full adoption of platform features.

Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.

Ability to manage multiple client relationships with a strategic and organized approach.

Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and explain digital products with ease.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration software.
Experience

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Previous experience in a remote or distributed work environment is a plus.

Background in SaaS, IT services, or technology-driven industries is highly desirable.
Working Hours

Full-time position (40 hours/week).

Flexible working hours with a requirement to be available during core client business hours.

Occasional meetings across time zones may be required.
