Customer Service Officer

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the point of contact both physically and virtually between the company and her customers, guiding and recommending the best services for each client’s needs.</li> <li>Provide correct information about the company’s services to prospective and new clients.</li> <li>Ensure customers’ satisfaction with services by resolving complaints and enquiries.</li> <li>Escalation of customers’ concerns, complaints and feedback when necessary and appropriately.</li> <li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.</li> <li>Keep records of customers’ interactions, confirm customers’ payments and place customers’ orders.</li> <li>Physically able to assist customers with product inquiries.</li> <li>Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping people.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.</li> <li>Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and closing abilities.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Candidates must possess a degree in any relevant area.</li> <li>1– 3 years experience.</li> <li>The candidate must reside in or around Alimosho, Lagos.</li> </ul>
