Customer Service Executive (Live Chat, Remote, 8AM - 5PM PT)

Responsibilities: Communicate knowledge of all products to customers to support customers to choose the most suitable product and order products; Provide high-level customer service and responded to service inquires, follow up on customer interactions; Co-ordinate with other function e.g (Operation, Finance, Product,) … to solve the on-going issues; Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process as well as company products and service. Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred 1+ years of experience in retails, E-Commerce, and social media is a plus (Facebook/ Twitter / Instagram and other platforms) Able to work in a fast paced environment on both live chat and phone Excellent problem solving skills Strong customer satisfaction focus skills Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus Hardworking & detail-oriented Young, dynamic, creative mindset, detail-oriented, always be curious, always learning Benefits Pay rate: $17/hr, 8 hours/day Dynamic working environment Medical & Dental insurance Paid sick leave Vacation leave
