Creative Social Media & Content Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality videos for platforms like YouTube, social media, webinars, and online courses.
  • Create and edit engaging visual slides for webinars, teaching materials, and presentations.
  • Design branded templates, thumbnails, intros/outros, and video overlays.
  • Ensure that all videos and visuals align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand presence.
  • Design graphics and videos optimised for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate and schedule content across multiple social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to create fresh and innovative content ideas for social media and online platforms.
  • Adapt designs and edits based on feedback to meet content goals and brand messaging.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in video editing, graphic design, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with the ability to edit efficiently and produce high-quality videos.
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Experience in creating visual slides for webinars, teaching, or online presentations.
  • Ability to tell stories visually through both video and static designs.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices for video and graphic content.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects with a focus on speed and efficiency.
  • Fast, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
