Call Centre Agent (Remote opportunity)

Location: Work From Home/Remote

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in US Voice Process

Education: HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate

Joining: Immediate

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience in US Voice Process.
• The candidate must possess excellent communication skills
• Candidate must have proven track record in handling inbound processes in international process.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• A proactive and customer-centric attitude.
• A reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks/Linux OS).
• Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
• Wired headset with clear audio quality.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• Stable power supply and internet connectivity.
