As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout their journey. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for travel and customer service. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Ensure the safety of passengers by conducting pre-flight safety checks and briefings</li><li>Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals and beverages</li><li>Respond promptly and effectively to passenger needs and in-flight emergencies</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin throughout the flight</li><li>Demonstrate emergency procedures and assist passengers during emergencies</li><li>Prepare reports related to flight incidents or irregularities</li><li>Deliver a welcoming, professional, and culturally sensitive service experience </li></ul>Eligibility Criteria <ul><li>Minimum Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board</li><li>Age: 18 – 26 years (for freshers)</li><li>Height: Minimum 155 cm (female) with proportionate weight</li><li>Medically fit, and no visible tattoos</li><li>Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards</li><li>Willing to relocate and work in shifts, including weekends and holidays</li><li>Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is an advantage </li></ul>What We Offer <ul><li>Competitive salary & flying allowances</li><li>Free travel benefits and layover allowances</li><li>Uniform and grooming allowance</li><li>Professional training and growth opportunities</li><li>A vibrant and supportive work culture</li></ul>
