Business Intelligence Analyst

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards, generating reports, interpreting business data, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends and insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product) to identify business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions.

•  

• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful visualizations and reports.

•  

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop automated solutions to track business metrics.

•  

• Perform ad-hoc analyses and present findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

•  

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and data governance standards are maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications

•  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

•  

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.

•  

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

•  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

•  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

•  

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

•  

• Experience working in a remote, collaborative team environment is a plus.

•  

Working Hours

•  

• Monday to Friday

•  

• Flexible timing with core working hours between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (based on IST or assigned time zone)

•  

• Occasional meetings may require overlap with international teams.

•

• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
