Business Analyst Tutor (Remote)

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Business Analyst Tutor to join our academy. If you love teaching and have hands-on experience in Business Analysis, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver live or recorded training sessions using provided curriculum and materials.
• Teach core Business Analysis principles including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process modeling and documentation.
• Mentor learners on practical tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Visio, Confluence, Balsamiq, or similar.
• Provide feedback on assignments, case studies, and capstone projects.
• Track learner progress, attendance and engagement.
• Stay updated on current Business Analysis trends and suggest content improvements.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience (formal or informal).
• Proficient in documentation and business process modeling tools.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, teachable steps.
