Admission Officer/Marketer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in a school setting (preferably in admissions or marketing)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end admission processes including inquiries, applications, interviews, assessments, and offers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families and guide them through the school’s enrollment journey.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain students.
  • Plan and coordinate open houses, school tours, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate admission records and enrollment reports.
  • Manage digital marketing tools (social media, newsletters, Google ads) to promote the school brand.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with educational consultants, feeder schools, and parent groups.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to school leadership.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Digital marketing or CRM certification is an added advantage
  • Experience with school enrollment processes and communication systems
